Designed to deliver sharp, predictable brake pedal response, this SAE J1401 hydraulic brake hose assembly targets the lowest volumetric expansion in the JUNZE lineup — 0.25 ml/m under 6.9MPa and 0.36 ml/m under 10.3MPa. Less expansion means less energy lost to hose swelling, translating directly into firmer pedal feel and shorter stopping distances.

The assembly is built around a 3.2mm ID EPDM inner tube, selected for long-term chemical stability with DOT3 and DOT4 brake fluids. A dual-layer high-tenacity synthetic fiber braid provides the structural backbone, while the ozone-resistant EPDM outer cover shields against road debris, salt spray, and UV exposure. Every inch of the 10.5mm OD hose is 100% pressure-tested to 80MPa minimum burst — well beyond the SAE J1401 requirement.

Fittings are available in multiple thread configurations — M10×1.0, M10×1.25, M12×1.0, and 3/8-24 UNF — with assembly lengths customizable from 200mm to 1500mm. Each completed assembly undergoes a mandatory leak test before leaving our Hengshui facility.
