Multi-axle bus and truck brake circuits demand fluid delivery that passenger-car lines cannot provide. This 6.3mm ID (1/4") hydraulic brake hose is the largest bore in the JUNZE range, sized for the long runs and high volumes of commercial vehicle systems.
The hose uses the same certified EPDM/PVC construction as the rest of the range: an EPDM inner tube resistant to DOT3 and DOT4 fluid, dual PVC yarn braid reinforcement, and an EPDM outer cover rated from -48°C to +120°C. The 15mm OD profile accommodates the heavier wall and reinforcement required for sustained commercial duty, with burst pressure held at 50MPa minimum.
