Air brake systems on trucks, trailers, and buses move air rather than fluid, and the hoses that carry it are cut and crimped on site far more often than hydraulic lines are. This SAE J1402 hose is supplied as continuous bulk coil so workshops and distributors can cut exactly what each chassis needs and crimp their own fittings.
Construction follows the JUNZE certified air hose build: an EPDM inner tube with stable performance across the -40°C to +120°C working range, a PVC yarn braid reinforcement carrying the pressure load, and an ozone-resistant EPDM outer cover. Rated working pressure is 1.4MPa with a 10MPa minimum burst pressure — over seven times the working rating.
