Truck and bus HVAC systems move large air volumes over long line runs, which calls for the biggest bores in the AC hose range. At 16mm ID, this Type E hose is the largest size JUNZE offers, built for the main liquid and suction lines that carry the bulk of refrigerant flow in commercial vehicle climate systems.
The 6.0mm heavy wall and PA permeation liner handle the vibration, exposure, and R404a service that commercial lines endure, while the PET braid reinforcement contains 3.5MPa working pressure with 15MPa minimum burst across -40°C to +135°C. R134a and R1234yf are also supported in the same build.
