Some bus OEM drawings call out five layers rather than four — and that specification is the reason this SKU exists. The C19 is dimensionally identical to the 4-layer A19: same 18.5mm bore, same 27.5mm outside diameter, same 4.5mm wall, same 105mm bend radius and same 428 g/m weight.
The difference is inside the wall. An extra layer is added within the same 4.5mm thickness, so the hose drops into the routing envelope of the 4-layer part without reworking clamps, brackets or bend allowances. Pressure ratings are unchanged at 3.5 MPa working and 15.0 MPa minimum burst.
