Rubber hoses are most likely to cause a weakening of braking pressure. Due to the considerable elasticity of rubber materials, when the brake pedal is pressed, the oil pressure suddenly increases, and the braking pressure is partially converted into the external expansion of the rubber oil pipe, which forces the inner diameter to increase. The pressure in the braking oil circuit decreases due to this change, resulting in a decrease in braking force, an increase in braking distance, and a longer braking time. There are indeed hidden dangers to the safety of automobiles, especially in the case of high-frequency and high-strength braking, where the defect of the rubber tube will become more apparent. The solution is to replace the rubber hose with a brake steel hose. The brake steel roar is made of Teflon material inside, which has higher performance than nylon material, and is wrapped in metal woven mesh leather outside, hence the name brake steel roar. The combination of this metal sheet and Teflon material limits the expansion of the pipe body, so that the braking force will not be lost due to expansion.

The brake oil pipe is another important link in the brake system. As the brake oil pipe needs to transfer the brake fluid from the brake master cylinder to the brake wheel cylinder in the movable suspension component, it is divided into rigid pipes that do not require movement and flexible pipes. The hard pipe part of the brake oil pipe in the original car is made of special metal pipes, with ideal strength. The brake hose is generally made of rubber hose containing nylon and metal wire mesh. During continuous braking or multiple emergency braking, the hose will expand to reduce the brake fluid pressure, affecting the accuracy and reliability of braking. Especially for vehicles with ABS anti-lock braking system, the brake hose may have continuous expansion points to damage the brake hose.
