Rubber brake hoses are most likely to cause a weakening of brake pressure. Due to the considerable elasticity of rubber materials, when the brake pedal is pressed, the oil pressure suddenly increases, and the braking pressure is partially converted into the unexpected expansion of the rubber brake oil pipe, which forces the inner diameter to increase. The pressure in the braking oil circuit decreases due to this change, resulting in a decrease in braking force, an increase in braking distance, and a longer braking time. There are indeed hidden dangers to the safety of automobiles, especially in the case of high-frequency and high-strength braking, where the defect of the rubber tube will become more apparent. The solution is to replace the rubber brake hose with a Teflon brake steel hose. The inner part of the Teflon brake steel roar is made of Teflon material, which has higher performance than nylon material, and is wrapped in metal woven mesh leather, hence the name brake steel roar. The combination of this metal sheet and Teflon material limits the expansion of the pipe body, so that the braking force will not be lost due to expansion.

To ensure that the vehicle's braking system maintains good working performance and ensures safety and reliability, the brake hose needs to be regularly inspected for cuts, scratches, general aging, and leaks. If there are any doubts about the condition of the hose, it should be re checked. It is recommended to replace all hoses every 36000 miles, 60000 kilometers, or three years, whichever occurs first. When replacing the brake hose, it is easy to detect other unexpected faults, so it is recommended to replace the brake hose at the local repair shop on an open day.
